It is completley free, we take no payment details and you will not be signed up to marketing emails after the trial if you choose to not continue and take up a subscription.

Hopefully you will have enjoyed your time with Nox and take up a subscription in which case your trial will be converted to a subscription plan and you can carry on using Nox with everything you setup in the trial.

We take data security very seriously your data is always encrypted wether it be in storage or transit and it will never be sold to or viewed by a third party.

Well we will be sorry to see you go, but rest assured all of your data will be available to you in csv format.

A chain is used to share data between shops such as stock level, customer information, ticket details etc all shops added to the same chain will have access to each others data, useful if you have a chain of shops, if you have multiple shops you would like to keep segregated please create a chain for each shop.

SMS and Emails require credits to send, x amount of credits are included every month with subscriptions plans and additional credits may be purchased if you wish, we have choosen to implement messaging this way as it seemed to suit most of our customers, no set up or messing around just let Nox deal with the hassle for you, we will however in future add the ability to connect your own messaging service once we have determined which are most suitable.
